Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the InboxAvatar Partner Program. By joining, you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Referral partners

When you join, we issue you a unique referral link. If a new customer reaches us through your link and starts a paid plan, they’re attributed to you, and you earn commission on their subscription.

2. Commission

  • 45% of each referred customer’s first-year InboxAvatar subscription fee.
  • 10% recurring of the subscription fee for each subsequent year the customer maintains an active paid plan.
  • On Concierge plans, commission applies only to the InboxAvatar managed-service fee. The Google Workspace seat is billed to the customer directly by Google — it is not InboxAvatar revenue and is not commissionable.
  • Commission is calculated on amounts actually received by us, net of refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and taxes.

3. Attribution

Referrals are tracked with a 60-day, last-touch cookie. If a customer visits through more than one partner’s link, the most recent link before signup receives the attribution.

4. Payment

  • Commissions are paid monthly, net-30, once your balance reaches a $50 minimum.
  • Each commission is subject to a 60-day hold to account for refunds and cancellations before it is payable.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may require valid tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) before issuing payment.

5. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

  • Refer yourself, or sign up through your own link.
  • Bid on “InboxAvatar” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or use our brand in a way that impersonates us.
  • Use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive or unlawful method to generate referrals.
  • Make representations about InboxAvatar’s features, pricing, or guarantees beyond what appears on our website.

Referrals generated in violation of these rules may be voided, and we may remove you from the program.

6. Platform & reseller partners

Registrars, website builders, hosts, and other platforms that wish to bundle or resell InboxAvatar operate under a separate written agreement, with wholesale pricing and revenue-share terms tailored to the arrangement. The referral terms above do not apply to those partnerships except where the written agreement adopts them.

7. Relationship

Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent party and may not enter into obligations on our behalf.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or the program (including commission rates) on a going-forward basis, and we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Either party may end participation at any time. Earned, payable commissions survive termination; unearned or pending commissions do not.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
