How much do I earn?

45% of every referred customer’s first-year subscription, then a 10% recurring backend for every year they stay. On Concierge plans the commission applies to the InboxAvatar managed-service fee; the Google Workspace seat is billed to the customer by Google, not our revenue, so it isn’t commissioned.

Is it really recurring?

Yes. You earn every year the customer renews, not just once. Referrals stick with you for the life of the account.

When and how do I get paid?

Net-30, once you’ve cleared a $50 minimum, with a 30-day hold on each commission to cover refunds. Paid monthly.

What counts as a referral?

A new customer who reaches us through your link (60-day, last-touch cookie) and starts a paid plan. Self-referrals don’t qualify.

I run a registrar or website builder — can we bundle InboxAvatar?

Yes — that’s our Platform Partner track. We offer wholesale rates and revenue share for platforms that want to offer inbox branding as an upsell in their own flow. Reach out and we’ll tailor terms.
